  • Effective, early incorporation of new Christians into the local church will help greatly in conserving the results of evangelism efforts. One of the greatest needs of new Christians is help in establishing meaningful relationships within the fellowship and ministry of the church. The church, not the new Christian, is primarily responsible for the process of incorporation. Typical needs of new Christians and effective methods for incorporation are cited based upon research from a wide variety of sources. The project is designed to prepare the church to provide for meeting these needs of new Christians.
