- The aim of this project involves crafting a strategy for a student leadership pipeline at Millington First Baptist Church, located in Millington, Tennessee. For this project, student leadership will encompass all those leading students, including students, adults, and interns. The team and I will explore the field of leadership development to determine the best practices for developing leaders. Then, I will utilize the best practices of developing leaders to define a standard for student leaders at Millington First Baptist Church. The team and I will work to develop a student leadership strategy for Millington First Baptist Church. Finally, I will present the strategy to Millington First Baptist Church staff during a staff meeting.
