Abstract
  • The writer argues that there needs to be greater participation in the Christian education ministry in the local church. This is needed for life transformation and to better equip members for the work of God here on earth. This hypothesis is supported by literature, theological research, and a primary focused learning team, which was chosen from the Mount Moriah Baptist Church in Brockton, Massachusetts, along with three other churches. The result of the research is that in order for more people to participate, the leadership in the church must reach out to everyone with the incarnational love of Jesus Christ.
