Abstrakt

This project proposes and implements a 'redemptive cycle' for a broken congregation that had suffered a loss of perspective in ministry and a breach of integrity between its leaders and its members. A core group works with the pastor in applying several inventories, gathering historic and current information, and facilitating a vision workshop for leaders. Specific processes neutralize the negative influences of the past, liberating the congregation to claim a new vision statement that sets the tone for a new mission directive.
