Abstrakt

A qualitative case study conducted to discover how five small Protestant suburban churches developed their assets to contribute to the spiritual growth of the youth in these churches and their communities. The researcher studied the assets these churches brought to the task, how the churches identified and evaluated these assets, and how the leadership of these churches mobilized their congregations in order to implement these assets and enable the youth to grow spiritually. The researcher discovered 20 assets that these churches identified and implemented.
