Abstract
  • Why do people care in the Christian sense? This paper examines answers to this question in a review of extensive Old Testament and New Testament references regarding concept of God and caring, the care of God in individual lives, caring of God through healings, Lord's Supper, prayer, fasting, Kingdom of Heaven and apocalypse. Inclusiveness, discipleship, marriage, family issues of caring in the Scriptures are dealt consideration with regard to caring, both from a contemporary perspective as well as from the roots of the time of the Bible. Thesis surrounds the fact that God cares so we ought to care. This research will form the basis of a study for the parish.
