Abstract
  • The purpose of this project is to assist pastors and lay leaders to identify and develop an intentional biblical course of action in dealing with anger/conflict and antagonists in the church. The project required research, writing, and developing an eight-hour interactive seminar for six local churches of varied denominations as well as personnel from the Northwest Baptist Convention. This project is the first phase of a tool which will be further developed to accommodate four-hour seminars as well as a thirty-two hour class for seminaries.
