- The project involves the organization, structuring and operation of a community-based pastoral counseling service. The effort represents the reestablishment of an agency which had functioned previously for some 20 years as a program of the Cape Cod Council of Churches. As an independent nondenominational service it operates with a Board of Advisors, a part-time Administrative-Counselor and a Staff Consultant and uses trained pastors as a counseling staff. In addition to providing pastoral counseling in several satellite offices it offers supervision and training to the counseling pastors of the Cape Cod area.
