Abstract
  • This project attempts to equip and empower key pastoral leadership in the River Valley Mission to discover and implement deep water strategies, first in the church they lead and, in turn, to influence the churches in their region. The spproaches used in this project will train pastors in the application of biblical based strategies, taken from Luke 5:1-11, guiding these pastors in community interview, leading to strategic relationships, and providing them with tools to effectively tap into untouched and undiscovered evangelistic opportunities. The purpose of this project is to raise the level of evangelistic effectiveness among 'fishers of men' in the overall association through these key leaders, resulting in a great catch of souls.
