The Doctor of Ministry project focused on how to introduce change to a traditional church. The church, Spilman Memorial Baptist Church, was not effectively meeting the needs of younger generations in its congregational, limiting their ideas in the church's decision-making process. In the project, the pastor educates and empowers an intergenerational team to initiate healthy changes within the congregation.
