- Abstract
- This project proposes and implements a study of ethnic diversity to explore the readiness of an ethnically homogeneous congregation--Los Altos United Methodist Church--to meet the challenges of ethic and social change in the surrounding neighborhood. Through surveys, publications, sermons, alternative worship services, and group dialogue, the congregation looks inward to determine whether it reflects the image of the Kingdom of God, and outward toward ministry and inclusiveness with the community around it.
