- The purpose of this project was to develop a revitalization strategy for the adult Sunday school ministry, West Monroe, Louisiana. The first step included conducting an internal audit of the adult Sunday school classes. This research included McClendon Baptist Church’s last ten Annual Church Profile reports. Next, the project director explored existing strategy models of adult Sunday school revitalization to determine best practices. After selecting and training a strategy planning team and utilizing the best practices for adult Sunday school classes, the project director developed a revitalization strategy for the adult Sunday school ministry. The project director then presented the adult Sunday school revitalization strategy to the Sunday school leadership team for final approval.
