Abstract
  • This project proposed to equip selected church committee members of the Rawls Springs Baptist Church with the skills to plan and coordinate strategies to accomplish assigned committee responsibilities. A training module emphasized both the theoretical and practical development of planning and coordinating skills. Elements of training included oral presentations, case studies, group discussions, and exercises in writing. Research indicated that selected committee members of Rawls Springs Baptist Church made progress toward better understanding and practice of church committee work as a result of the project.
