Abstract
  • The project attempted to discover various ways in which laity could become more involved in the worship experience. A worship class was formed to study, examine, observe and evaluate specific elements of worship as well as the Orders of Worship and worship resources available in the United Methodist Church. Throughout the project, worship was considered to be that act that strengthens everything a congregation does beyond its doors. 'May God guide each one of us in our attempt to renew the life-giving center of that gathered community -- the liturgy'.
