- Group mentoring provides an avenue where all candidates receive equal, adequate, and timely mentoring. This project focused on mentoring candidates in ministry and the author showed how a group mentoring process enabled a more effectual experience for candidates in ministry in the Hawai'i District of the California-pacific Conference.
