Abstract
  • The relevance of Church is in question for an emerging era. There is concern about the best course of action to address the challenges of the Church. Building on the work of scholars, this paper examines the need for the Church to adapt in order to reach a new generation. The Common Ground Collaborative, a program created by three Christian churches in San Diego, California, is identified to be an exemplary model, which adapts to the changing culture, fulfills the mission of God and transforms the community surrounding the churches involved by caring for children of low-income families.
