- Abstract
- This project proposes to prepare lay leaders of Willow Bend Church for relational evangelism, so that they might become an evangelism team for the church. Defining 'relational' evangelism as sharing a message with persons in established personal relationships, the project investigates the biblical and historical foundations for such an approach, as well as the contemporary sociological factors that make it necessary. This research informs the curriculum and teaching methods used to communicate relational evangelism to participants in the Willow Bend seminar.
