Abstract
  • The goal of this project was to lead a team of senior adults to become the nucleus for mobilizing a senior adult ministry in the church directed toward young families. Spiritual disciplines as well as current information and thought about the 'baby-boomer' generation were taught to a selected team of senior adults over a twelve-week period. The project conclusions are: senior adults want to feel needed and useful, and will continue to participate in ministry if given the opportunity; and second, young adults will respond enthusiastically to senior adult ministry to them.
