Abstract
  • Men in midlife have the unique opportunity to re-consider who they are and whom they want to become. In midlife a man's inner life begins to prompt some different questions and concerns, and a journey that has been largely outward can become inward, which can enable the growth and development of one's spiritual life. The project as a whole has four parts. The first is an analysis of the issues confronting men currently. The second section contains summaries of the seven key books in the field. The third section is the retreat model and the fourth section is an appendix which contains a variety of additional resources, including an evaluation of the project as a whole.
