Abstract
  • This study was done to demonstrate that the regional Bible college can greatly increase its effectiveness in the training of cross-cultural church planters. Building upon a theoretical base, four case studies were conducted allowing present cross-cultural workers to evaluate classroom and seminar training in a variety of areas and to list areas in which training is needed. The resulting model is of a school with a strong emphasis upon cross-cultual training in the regular curriculum, on-campus short courses, and external seminars. Such a school, it is concluded, can make a difference.
