Abstract
  • Supervised ministry can be an effective tool in helping sr high and college students discover God's call on their lives. This project uses the seminary's supervised ministry program and adapts the program for the local church for sr high and college students not yet sure of the call of God for pastoral leadership. Nine students interns were hired for a ten-week summer internship program structured under the model of supervised ministry. The results indicate that the principles of supervision used in this project did significantly impact the students sense of confidence in understanding God's call on their lives.
