Abstract
  • Since its beginning twelve years ago, North Point Community Church (NPCC) has grown to be one of the most influential churches in the country. This project report attempts to explore the factors that have contributed to that growth. Data for this project was gathered by surveying the literature published by Senior Pastor Andy Stanley, and several NPCC staff members. Additionally, over twenty hours of interviews were conducted with him and his staff to gain further insight into the church's philosophy of ministry and the strategic and tactical decisions that followed from that philosophy and contributed to the church's growth.
