Abstract
  • This project was designed to maximize ministry potential at Green Hills Baptist Church by balancing pastoral leadership with lay ministry ownership. After developing a Church Polity Statement and Ministry Handbook for the church, a training seminar was developed to help members understand their unique shape for ministry and either find an appropriate place of ministry within the church or deepen their commitment to ownership in their current place of service. Feedback from the completion of the seminar with a small group of project participants will be used to increase the effectiveness of future training sessions.
