  • The purpose of this project was to develop a strategy to start new churches for the unreached people groups residing in the Lamar Baptist Association, Hattiesburg, Mississippi. Phase one entailed exploring the demographics of population groups residing in Lamar Baptist Association, Hattiesburg, Mississippi. Phase two explored the field of strategic planning in order to find a viable strategic planning process to start these churches. Phase three developed a strategy to start new churches for the unreached people groups in Lamar Baptist Association. Phase four called for the developed strategy to be adopted by the Lamar Baptist Association.
