- The purpose of this project was to lead a select group of new members of First Chinese Baptist Church of Fountain Valley to become more Christlike through their personal devotional life and involvement in Christian service. The project employed a three-phase process including a study of the theology of discipleship, theoretical presuppositions, and teaching of the discipleship training to a select group of new church members. At the conclusion of the project, a discipleship training process was completed, tested, and implemented.
