- Abstract
- The purpose of this project is to establish a leadership community for care group leaders in Geylang Evangelical Free Church. A crucial part of the project was the construction of a biblical theology and philosophy of discipleship in a small group context. In addition, interviews were conducted with five pastors of similar size churches with small group ministry to generate ideas and resources. The leadership community was birthed at a two-day Care Group Leaders' Retreat, and subsequently the leaders come together once a month.
