Abstract
  • The project analyzes the effectiveness of a workbook authored by the researcher as an instrument for worship renewal. The project proposes that using the workbook, together with small group discussions, can effectively enhance the worship of Christians. The workbook seeks to lead participants to better prepare for worship, to fully engage all aspects of their being in the worship experience, and to more adequately live out the ethical consequences of their worship. The pro-active research project, conducted at Arden First Baptist Church utilizing a before-and-after design, discloses that the workbook does foster revitalization of the participants worship.
