  • LEAD Ministry, a developmental tool for pastors/church leaders to fulfill the Great Commission of Matthew 28:19-20. Its current beneficiaries are 26 churches in the Columbia District. LEAD Ministry seeks to affirm its acronym: listen, engage and disciple for the purpose of evangelism and membership retention. Data collection and analysis ranged from January-December 31st 2013. The results and lessons learned are the culmination of this assignment.
