Abstract
  • The problem this thesis addressed was the need for Missional Disciple Maker as an essential method for developing individuals from marginal existence to missional living. Within three missional ministry contexts, the researcher employed the grounded theory methodology, combining qualitative (interviews, questionnaires, observations, and field notes) and quantitative (forced-option surveys) tools to gather and triangulate data from 234 participants (225 group and nine treatment). The researcher designed, implemented, and subsequently measured the Missional Disciple Maker model. Treatment participants' overall ministry effectiveness categorically improved 51 percent (soul trauma, 0.36, spiritual transformation, 0.51, social transition, 0.40, and situational transmission, 0.76).
