- This is a leadership training course for those with leadership potential in the congregational setting. The project includes a student manual, a leader's guide, and worksheets distributed to the class during each lesson. In the paper the author describes the theological and theoretical foundations of the course, and describes how each lesson was designed. The results of the pre-class and post-class surveys indicate a significant increase in the understanding of each participant of leadership issues and skills.
