Abstract
  • An investigation was done of evangelistic methods in the New Testament scripture, the writings of Ellen White and contemporary literature. A questionnaire was sent to some evangelists in North America inquiring about the effectiveness of various evangelistic methods. Five evangelistic crusades were conducted. Two were conducted according to the newly developed strategy and three were conducted without the strategy. Each crusade conducted with the strategy was analyzed and compared with those that were conducted without the strategy. Improvement was observed in the consistent attendance of non-members to the crusades that were conducted according to the strategy when compared to the other crusades that were conducted without the stragegy.
