Abstract
  • This project was to help pastors to identify and develop leadership skills in men through a mentoring process and duplicate the process in others. Pastors were to select a group of men from their churches to participate in leadership development through a mentoring process that would cultivate a disciple relationship and develop their skills in a ministry setting under the tutelage of a mentor coach. The project was a success. However, some of the mentors lacked confidence in their leadership abilities in that they did not assist other in their leadership skills development in a ministry setting.
