This project proposes, design, and implements a Lenten series in an attempt to bring a local congregation into dynamic encounter with visual arts and artists of faith. Based on a historical and biblical understanding of the disconnection between visual arts and mainline Protestant churches in America, the project suggests ways to reconcile the arts and the churches with greater success.
