Abstract
  • The purpose of this project is to develop a strategic plan for penetrating Sheboygan County with the gospel of Jesus Christ. The method of research entailed demographic analyses, use of questionnaires, interviews, and analyses of historic documents. Two competing cultures are identified in this study. The monolithic culture is composed of historic residents, while the pluralistic culture pertains to those new in the community. Two outreach services have been developed to penetrate these cultures. A Saturday night service targets the pluralistic culture, while a Sunday night service targets the monolithic culture.
