Abstract
  • The purpose of this project was to promote church health at the First Baptist Church of Plum Grove, Texas, by training selected leaders in church renewal and church health, and developing this group to become the church's strategic Church Health Team. The process began with a survey, followed by seven congregational conference sessions and eight team training sessions. The goals included restoring the unity of the body, enhancing community involvement, training in personal evangelism and renewing the church through strategic leadership.
