- The thesis is that understanding the natural ways of being of those with whom staff members work each day, and definite efforts to relate through that understanding, will increase the level of trust that exists between members of a church ministry team. Bi-polar seminars and relationship studies were conducted with ministry and support staff personnel. Measurement of trust instruments were filled out before and after the bi-polar studies and the results compared. The overall result was an increase of fifteen percent in measurable trust levels within the church staff.
