Abstract
  • The major project was the development of a group process (two-day workshop, four follow-up sessions) targeted for college students between the ages of eighteen and twenty-four, to assist in their growth as the children of God in the transition from adolescence to adulthood. The three major components of the process are personality inventories, different spirituality modes appropriate to different temperaments, and tools for developing listening skills. The Personal Profile System instrument was given at the outset and at the conclusion for comparison. An instrument to elicit the participants' perception of the process was also given at the conclusion. By and large, the process did seem to be beneficial to the participants.
