Abstract
  • This report presents a planned program for the discovery of an individual's gifts. The program is broken into three distict components: 1) preaching; 2) teaching; and 3) testing. The project requires a complete month of active participation by the fellowship. The report presents as well a foundation from which to approach spiritual gifts. Fundamentally, the report expresses a broader definition of spiritual gifts so as to include all of God's gifts. These gifts are expressed in terms of creation, humanity, salvation, and history. In order to achieve the above, the report also includes a section that details a particular understanding of the gifts given in history. The appendices allow the reader to review the project process in terms of the methodology and to gain insight into the direction and usefulness this project has attained in one local church.
