Abstract
  • This thesis was conducted to identify elements for volunteers of church planting ministry among Muslims. The goal was to develop recommendations for recruiting and mobilizing among millennials for ministry to Muslims. Missiological and generational literature review determined the nature, scope and methodology for inspiring and mobilizing millennials for this specific ministry. Subsequently a survey and interview questions for person-to-person interviews, phone discussions and e-mail correspondence with millennials were produced. Results demonstrated specific preferences, strengths and weaknesses among millennials regarding ministry to Muslims. Recommendations for mission agency mobilization were delineated in the conclusion of the study.
