Abstract
  • The author develops Men of Faith to equip the participants to become Christlike servant-leaders. Each year, it has twenty big teaching group meetings and twenty small group meetings. Two evaluation tools are used. Pretest and posttest surveys evaluate its effectiveness to equip Christlike servant-leaders according to both the participants and the wives. Men's ministry group meeting survey evaluates the strengths and weaknesses of all meetings. The results strongly support the author's hypotheses that both the participants and their wives perceive significant improvement in the participants in being Christlike servant-leaders; and the participants receive tremendous support and friendship from their men's small groups.
