- Abstract
- The purpose of this ministry research project was to address a need for intentional discipleship training for new members of Mount View Baptist Church. A comprehensive three-stage adult discipleship program from introductory discipleship, to continuing discipleship, to reproductive discipleship was developed to address the need. The project had three specific goals. First, the project was designed to develop a higher level of spiritual maturity, faith, and commitment. A second goal was to equip members of Mount View to reproduce spiritual maturity, faith, and commitment in others. A third goal was to equip members to be evangelistic.
