- Abstract
- At present few strategies are available to provide qualified leaders to serve new language congregations. Hundreds of these congregations form annually in the United States. One solution that can meet this demand is to discover and train God-led lay persons to become bivocational ministers. Methodology and a successfully implemented plan are presented with support from theological and theoretical presuppositions of bivocationalism. An analysis and evaluation offer further suggestions for revising and customizing the project in other similar ministry settings.
