- This project integrates learning health-care leaders, Christian story, Peter Senge's leadership theory, and a practicing pastoral theologian, in order to change the priority of values and leadership practices for persons in leadership roles. The project initiates five one-hour dialogue sessions for 63 health-care leaders, focusing on a paper--'Empowered Leadership: A Christian Perspective'--by consultant Bob Anderson. The project employs the Hall-Tonna Inventory of Values and the Leadership Practice Inventory to determine that the dialogue changes the priority of values and the leadership practices of the participants.
