Abstract

This dissertation describes one congregation's attempt to bring what they believe about ministry in line with their process. This project monitored their progress for two years. Then an analysis of this congregation's progress was made using three methods: written reports of church leadership, observations by the author, and the re-administering of the parish profile inventory. The project summary indicated that progress had been made in the sharing of ministry but there was room for improvement.
