Abstract
  • The project under consideration was driven by the overall goal of developing an evangelism outreach strategy utilized by Johnson Ferry Baptist Church in Marietta, Georgia to reach millennials. The project director assimilated a strategy team of Johnson Ferry Baptist ministers and staff members, and led this group through the development of the proposed outreach strategy. The strategy team met once a week for six weeks to develop the strategy for the church. The project director, based on completed research, instructed the strategy team on the findings of millennial research, outreach practices, and strategy planning essentials. The project director then led the team to develop the multifaceted strategy. Once completed, the project director presented the developed strategy to the executive leadership team of the church for approval and implementation.
