Abstract

Using the Ministry Research Model, this project will research curricula in apologetics and best teaching practices in order to develop an instructional manual for integrating apologetics with Bible-based curriculum for Lakeview Baptist Church, Tallahassee, Florida. The project will begin with research in the field of apologetics in order to identify pressing apologetic issues in the book of James. The completion of the research will result in a report identifying the issues. The second phase of research will look to the field of teaching methodology in order to identify best practices. This phase will also result in a report identifying the best practices. Finally, the two reports will be used to produce a unique instructional manual integrating the foundational doctrines of apologetics with selected Bible-based curriculum.
