Abstract
  • The project establishes an organizational model for the local church that links organizational theory and Kingdom of God theology. The design is used as a teaching tool in the training of elected officers for their work which illuminates the importance of effective organizational management and theological integrity. Research focused on the nature and functioning of an embassy, the identification of the strengths and weaknesses of organizational models and the insights of Kingdom of God theology. The model proved an effective means of helping officers understand and accept their responsibilities. Theology became an ingredient of goal-setting and the definition of leadership.
