Abstract
  • The project identifies the needs of single persons and designs a ministry that could address those needs. In order to determine the needs of singles, data was collected from two sources. The first source was a survey of literature on the subject and the second source was from singles, themselves, through open-ended interviews. An analysis of a theological perspective of singleness was also developed. The design for ministry was then developed from these sources of data. The result of the study was an awareness of the reality of singleness as a theologically viable lifestyle and a design to and with singles.
