Abstrakt

The purpose of this project was to equip the multi-site ministry staff of Central Baptist Church, Jonesboro, Arkansas in team-building leadership skills. The project director researched the Christian and secular fields of team-building leadership skills. The research focused upon team-building leadership skills applicable in the context of a multi-site ministry team. The project director developed curriculum based upon the findings from the research. Finally, the curriculum was employed in a seven-session workshop to equip the multi-site ministry staff of Central Baptist Church, Jonesboro, Arkansas in team-building leadership skills.
