This project explores the use of the planning cycle in the revitalization of a small Evangelical Free Church in central Pennsylvania. The source of decline is discussed. Symptoms and possible solutions are explored. The planning cycle is chosen and explained in a step-by-step discussion. Related theological considerations are examined.
